This agreement outlines our policies, shipping procedures, and service terms to ensure clarity and a smooth experience for all our valued customers.

When contacting us, please include your full name and mailing ID (e.g., GUY001) to ensure prompt and accurate assistance.
UPLOAD YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND INVOICE IN PRE-ALERT IN ORDER TO AVOID CUSTOMS DELAY!!！
When your package arrives at our warehouse in China:
-We confirm receipt of the item(s)
-The item(s) are inspected and verified
-Repacking is done if necessary
-Notification is sent to the customer before shipping
You will be notified at the following stages:
-Upon receipt of the item(s) at our warehouse.
-Prior to shipping from China.
-After customs clearance in Guyana and when the package is ready for pickup.
Consolidation Service:
Customers may request package consolidation to combine multiple packages into a single shipment, reducing overall freight costs.
Restricted and Prohibited Items
To comply with Chinese export regulations and international shipping laws, the following items are strictly prohibited from air freight and will only be shipped by ocean freight once per month:
Branded or counterfeit goods
Items that infringe on copyrights or trademarks
Liquids, oils, and gels (including cosmetics)
Perfumes and fragrances
Flammable items and hazardous materials
Battery-operated electronics, including lithium batteries and power banks
Pressurized containers (e.g., aerosols, sprays)ETC
Restricted items can be shipped via ocean freight, which departs monthly and has an estimated transit time of up to （3）three months to Guyana.
Customers must contact us in advance to arrange shipment for any restricted goods.
We reserve the right to reject, return, or dispose of any item received that violates these restrictions without notice.
Handling and De-Stuffing Fee
A handling fee of $440 per package applies to all shipments received at our China warehouse.
This fee covers receiving, inspection, and processing costs.
Insurance
All shipments from our China warehouse to Guyana are insured.
In the event of loss or damage before receipt by the customer, Global Source Guyana will assist with the insurance claim process and compensation will be provided based on our shipping terms.
Shipping Time Frames
Air Freight: Approximately 10-14 business days
Ocean Freight ：3 months
Shipping times may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or other external delays beyond our control.
Important Notices
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and tracking numbers after purchase.
Global Source Guyana is not liable for shipping delays caused by suppliers, incorrect customer information, or carrier disruptions.
Urgent messages will only be addressed during business hours.
